George Williams

George Williams (1804–1881) was a vice admiral according to his gravestone. I would enter him on to the list but cannot work out where in the list he should go and cannot find any information about him online. See photograph of his grave. Jowaninpensans (talk) 14:56, 15 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Prince Charles - or King Charles?

I am unsure of the rules, but the reference to Prince Charles should perhaps be upgraded to King Charles? Or does this list show the status at the time of appointment? I don't think that the present Prince of Wales is not an admiral. Shipsview (talk) 08:28, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
