:It's reasonable since the pre-Crisis version was about as well used as the post-Crisis version. Also other characters have the variants, either due to Crisis type events or company mergers, included in the main article Someone would have to re-write the character history section so that it falls into the two sub-categories though. Pre-Crisis Origin
I would like it if there was a section describing the pre-Crisis origin of Ragman for completeness, even though it's not in the current DC canon. Kronocide 02:59, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
- It's reasonable since the pre-Crisis version was about as well used as the post-Crisis version. Also other characters have the variants, either due to Crisis type events or company mergers, included in the main article Someone would have to re-write the character history section so that it falls into the two sub-categories though. - I can't understand why my paragrah on the Rag-Man was deleted, as he has the same name as the Ragman but was an earlier character who originate in the 1940s comic CAT-MAN. His name was Jay Garson Junior, and he was a mystery writer who faked his own murder and assumed the Rag-Man identity to bring the culprits to justice.Tnarrud3 (talk) 00:11, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
Miss-inclusion in the Golem category?
Based on the entry for golem, Ragman does not seem to fit within that category. If I understand the revised origin correctly, the suit was created as a replacement to the golem as a guardian. It was to be a tool as opposed to an autonomous entity.
Is this a valid enough reason to eliminate the category link? J Greb 19:50, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
"one of a limited number of Jewish superheroes"?
Not really. The Thing, Magneto, Kitty Pryde, Doc Sampson, Iceman (I think), Batwoman, Atom, Dr. Manhattan etc. Stan Lee himself was Jewish. --Enigma328 (talk) 01:20, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
Those are all Marvel characters it's DC there talking about. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.108.143.82 (talk) 18:16, 1 November 2009 (UTC)
