Confusing Informantion from 210.212.20.75

Why did you revert my article?

Do you know the area of Anga region? Which territories come under it? Whithout knowing anything you edit the article. [Naugachhia] comes under Anga region. Because it's a part of Bhagalpur district. Bhagalpur is also a part of Anga Region. Don't do that.
