Temporary Semi-protection: Page was semi-protected for a couple of weeks but as soon as the protection was lifted a new sockpuppet of the original disruptive editor (72.135.248.71, blocked for a year) turned up to insert the same material [1].despite being warned on the talk page not to do so [2]. All four of the original IP's sockpuppets have been reported to SPI.
Speaking of the talk page, the sockpuppet has been bludgeoning it [3]. Is it possible to have semi-protection added to a talk page?

Reason: There has been a recurring problem with IP and some registered users changing Kravitz's reliably sourced ancestry. They've even gone so far as to change actual quotes from Kravitz himself in sources provided. I brought up this issue on his talk page over one year ago, and even added hidden comments to not change anything, but the problem has still persisted. Reason: An IP editor has been engaging in week long edit war to include a table LGBT population estimates, including transgender people, which I have removed for being WP:OFFTOPIC. The article is about sexual orientation demographics, transgender identity is another population. I have reverted here and here and a week earlier, here. I notified them of their problem editing here on their talk page, after which they reverted me again and made some incorrect statement about original research. The WP:ONUS is on the IP editor adding the content. So, a WP:WHITELOCK or WP:SEMI would be appreciated. Zenomonoz (talk) 07:34, 30 October 2023 (UTC)

- Zenomonoz is confused. He is accusing me of being related to these two edits,[4][5] yet I am not whoever did those two edits. I simply restored their edits because Zenomonoz boldy removed a lot of good sources without giving any explanation outside of an edit summary. Some of the sources had been in the article since last year. So yeah the WP:ONUS has always been on Zenomonos for removing longstanding content. I feel like pending changes protection is appropriate for this.
