The Brethren of the Coast is a meeting of the nine pirate lords in the upcoming film Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. They each have a special piece of eight to signify that they are a pirate lord.[1]. The meeting includes two previously established characters as well as a group of new characters;

Some other famous pirates will be on the meeting, although they are not pirate lords.

Trivia

  • Lord Cutler Beckett has also come into possession of a piece of eight in World's End. It is not yet known how.
  • Teague Sparrow was once Lord of Madagascar until he became Keeper of the Code.[citation needed]
  • Gentleman Jocard was possibly the one who cut out Cotton's tounge.
  • At the first meeting, Davy Jones was present, telling the Pirate Lords how to imprison Calypso. It is possible Lord Cutler Beckett got his peice of eight from Jones.
