In an interview with [[Blender Magazine]], Clarkson mentioned that she had written songs for the album such as "Come Here", "Yeah", and also "Irvine". The only song left over that has not been confirmed as a track is "Come Here". Some suspect this is the last of the tracks, but others say that it is too short, considering that when Kelly performed it Live it was only 2:30.

My December is the title of the upcoming third album by Kelly Clarkson, to be released in mid-2007. Clarkson confirmed the name of the album in her journal on her fanclub website on February 27, 2007.[1] Clarkson stated on April 13, 2007, during an appearance on the On-Air with Ryan Seacrest radio show that the album would be released some time summer 2007.[2] Clarkson has stated in interviews that she has written this entire album herself.[3] My December has been described as edgy, with "avenging-angel vocals".[4]

Track list

Twelve songs have been confirmed for the album so far.

  • "Never Again" was the first single released from the album (to radio) on April 13, 2007.
  • "One Minute" which Clarkson performed at the Daytona 500 on February 18, 2007
  • "Sober" which Clarkson talks about in a video on her official fan club (fan club videos are only viewable to members).[5]

Singles

"Never Again" is the first single by Kelly Clarkson on her website on April 4th. The track hit the airwaves on Friday, April 13, 2007, being officially debuted by Clarkson herself on Los Angeles based 102.7 KIIS-FM's radio show "On-Air with Ryan Seacrest." The video was shot in Los Angeles between April 10th-13th. The video premiered on TRL on May 1st.

"My December" Tour

Clarkson announced on her website that the My December Tour would start on July 11th 2007 in Portland. The tour has in 37 dates across America and Canada.[9] On April 13, 2007, Kelly announced on WJLP New York, that Mat Kearney will open for her along with another possible special guest will be accompanying her on the tour.
