The Mexican Space Agency (AEXA; in Spanish:'Agencia Espacial Mexicana') is a proposed space agency for Mexico. Its acronym derives from Agencia Espacial MeXicanA. A vote of approval, by the Chamber of Senators, is expected in September 2007.

This project intends to continue the research of the former Comisión Nacional del Espacio Exterior , CONEE (National Commission for Outer Space), this commission existed between 1962 and 1977.
