== Filmography? ==

I couldn't help but notice that this article is devoid of a filmography section. Maybe someone with some time to spare could set up one for this article? If you need one to model it after, here's [[Kevin Bacon#Filmography|an example]]. Thanks. Freemason

OK, Rip is listed as a Freemason, but the article does NOT mention this. Suggest deletion if there is no evidence. Evertype 23:32, 9 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

name

It would be nice to get an explanation of his name change. -- Sy / (talk) 22:38, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Good call, if his father's surname is "Torn," how was he born with a different name?

Coming Apart

I am amazed that this article does not mention the movie Coming Apart (1969). The movie is an unusual experiment that purports to be covertly filmed by the main character, a psychiatrist played by Torn, who installs a motion picture camera in his NY apartment living room. It depicts the comings and goings of several confused women love interests as the psychiatrist progressively undergoes personality disintegration, coming apart. BeastMaster

This may not have been one of his best roles, but probably be worth mentioning. Also, looking at what was typed up, a lot of the info here is mixed up by date.158.35.225.230 15:43, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Man Who Fell To Earth

Rip Torn also appeared in the movie, The Man Whe Fell To Earth along side David Bowie. He played the character Dr. Bryce. —Preceding unsigned comment added by DLNorton (talkcontribs) 00:46, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
