New Project

Useight and several other editors have been compiling a list of very active editors who would likely be available to help new editors in the event they have questions or concerns. As the list grew and the table became more detailed, it was determined that the best way to complete the table was to ask each potential candidate to fill in their own information, if they so desire. This list is sorted geographically in order to provide a better estimate as to whether the listed editor is likely to be active.

If you consider yourself a very active Wikipedian who is willing to help newcomers, please either complete your information in the table or add your entry. If you do not want to be on the list, either remove your name or just disregard this message and your entry will be removed within 48 hours. If you want to work on a film biography, then I would also recommend working on a film director's biography, such as Steven Spielberg, Stanley Kubrick, or Francis Ford Coppola. I find directors to be much more interesting characters than film actors; also, a lot of great actors have branched into film directing, like Clint Eastwood, so I would consider them.           • I think there are twenty-two bullet points in the Other versions section - four in the first and 18 in the second part. It may be there are places where bullet lists are OK, but this seems excessive. I would try to make it regular text. For the alternate versions, perhaps similar ones could be grouped together - if there are three or four Superman Jokers, for example, I would try to combine those in one paragraph, and lump other similar ones together. Howmet TX

I know that you've decided to review my Howmet TX article for GA, so I figure I should give you a bit of a heads up. I will be leaving this Thursday for a week long vacation, meaning I wont be back until the 28th. If it is at all possible, I'd like to be able to make corrections and try and get the Howmet TX article through GA before I leave.

However, if you think it might take some time, that is certainly understandable and I do not wish to rush you.
