Image:Detective comics annual 6.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Death?

I'm sorry, but I have noticed that a lot of people have been listing deaths left and right, and until editors or there is a body in the comics, listing a death makes you look like a jackass in the future. Am I saying no one is dead? No. I am saying that DC editors need to list and show these deaths to avoid mistakes, not us users. 98.27.190.112 (talk) 05:07, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
