Cindy Winckler (born May 27, 1950) is the Iowa State Representative from the 86th District. She has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 2001. She received her MA from the University of Northern Iowa.

Winckler currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Appropriations committee; the Education committee; the Judiciary committee; and the Labor committee. She also serves as chair of the Education Appropriations Subcommittee.

Winckler was reelected in 2008 with 7,645 votes defeating Republican opponent Joe Sturgis with 69% of the vote.[1]
