Rajan P. Dev (May 20, 1950 - July 29, 2009) was an Indian film and drama actor. He was born at Cherthala in Alappuzha district of Kerala. He acted in various Indian language movies including Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu. He came into limelight for his characterisation of Kochu Vava in the drama Kattukuthira, which was later made into the Malayalam film as Kattukuthira, with Thilakan as Kochu Vava.

He is survived by his wife Santha, daughter Ashamma and son Jibile Raj.
