I am writing an article on someone that I was in the Army with and with whom I worked for in the past. He has done some random things, but I think I know enough about him to write a page that is good enough to publish. I read up about writing your first article and have had some success. Unfortunately, I wrote that article first. I reposted it about 5 times, but it was deleted every time. Finally, you deleted it and protected the page so I cannot edit it anymore. Is there anyway that you can unprotect the page - I have (what I believe to be a quality article) that I want to post that clearly articulates why he is notable, what he did, and his relation to various subjects. I promise that it will be a good addition to Wikipedia and that I wont let you down.

I suggest that you write the page in a sandbox in your userspace (something like User:Mt91403/Sandbox) first. After you've improved it there, you can ask me or another admin to review the page and move it to the mainspace for you. OK, I did what you said and posted a preview in my sandbox. I think this is a good product to post now that I have added in your comments and read the articles available on wikipedia... My article is deleted

Hi, my article has been deleted again, also there is nothing promotional inside, just information. Could you please give me some detailed info on what you want me to change? It't the second time that it has been deleted and I made the changes they told me to do (more sources, names without trademark...)also there are articles like the one of Red Bull or Monster energy drink which are promotional and are still there. I would really appreciate more info. Thanks

I would suggest reading our info on writing your first article, as it contains helpful tips. Also, the sections such as "Hangover and the effect on the economy" and "Ingredients" do not really have a place in an encyclopedia article. The best idea is to work on the article in a sandbox in your userspace (something like User:Julia222/Sandbox) so you can improve it before moving it to the mainspace. I will write it again without the mentiond parts, but for example all these articles have the ingredients inside:5-Hour Energy, Red Bull, Lost Energy and many more and they are not deleted, even though they are just talking about the product.

GCC6

Hello Tnxman307! This is Khalidco who is the author of the page GCC6 that was quickly deleted for no expressed reason. The indication of importance of this page is far greater than what can be measured from someone in Australia for example. The page will provide information about a web site that is going to serve a large population in the Arabian Gulf (GCC) countries in ways that have not been available not too long ago. Further reading of A7 makes me wonder if we are both looking at the same page. I am the develper of that site and you can verify that using tools such a domaintools.com which will display to you the adminstrative contact person's email. The same emil is used when I registered with WIKIPEDIA. I plan to add to it and improve the appearanse as we go along. It would be nice to see stats about visitors and locations in this universe. If you know a way to do that, please let me know.

Hello.. I have modified gcc6 and placed it in user:khalidco/sandbox. I've always seen pages on wiki that are still not yet complete. Moreover, the reason for the deletion is specified as A7 related. I am sure that there are so many existent pages that you can arguably tag for that criteria or another. Please look at the modified page in the sanbox folder and let me know if it is acceptable to wiki admins. It would be very useful to wiki visitors who can benefit from the site's services. Especially the ones in that part of the world. Gratsi.

question about "World Hunger Relief" page edits

Hi, I noticed that you made edits to the "World Hunger Relief" page. Some of what was removed is relevant to World Hunger Relief campaign. I'm trying to find outside sources to reference, but many of the sources refer back to fromhungertohope.com and yum.com websites. The other best available sources are online newspaper articles from previous years that require subscriptions to view the source. Is that acceptable? The 2009 campaign starts next week and I will add 3rd party sources as they become available. Please share any suggestions on how I can make the page better while achieving my goal of containing more information. Thank you. Your guidance is appreciated.
