Erina Fair is a major shopping centre located in Erina on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Erina Fair was opened as Central Coast Fair in 1987. With further expansions in 1994 and 2003, and a major refit in 2008/09 with the addition of a Kmart outlet. Erina Fair is the largest non-metropolitan shopping centre in Australia and the largest single-storey shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere, excluding it's 2 storey outdoor areas, with over 330 stores, 108,464m² of gross lettable area, and 12.7 million customers per annum.[2] It is also the biggest shopping centre on the Central Coast, significantly larger (by almost an excess 100 stores) than its closest competitor, Westfield Tuggerah.[3][4] The Centre has an annual turnover of $566.7 million AUD.[5]

Erina Fair underwent a $200 million AUD, two-year development in 2003 which resulted in the addition of a new specialty mall, ice skating rink, restaurant precinct, health and fitness club and supermarket together with community facilities, including a library, community hall and youth recreation centre.

Erina Fair is managed by Lend Lease Corporation and owned by General Property Trust and Australian Prime Property Fund. Lend Lease ensured the values of local people were included in the centre’s expansion by incorporating the findings of a detailed research process into the retail, recreational and community needs of the Central Coast trade area.
