Sreesailam (Sanjay Dutt) is a soft-talking guy. Badrachalam (Zayed Khan) is a hearing guy. Tirupati (Akshay Kumar) is a seeing man. They hide the ability possessed by them to all other people. Narmada, whose brother was engaged in front of Tirupati, become friend of these three guys in order to take revenge on Tirupati: she believes that he saw the murder, but gave a wrong alibi in court. She doesn't know Tirupati is a blind man!. But after knowing her mistake, she starts an ad agency titled '1-2-3' to help three guys to find the success in music field. Finally she get married with Tirupati.

123 is a Tamil film, released in 2003 starring the three real life brothers, Prabhu Deva, Raju Sundaram and Nagendra Prasad in the lead roles with Jyothika. The film was made in three languages. Directed by K Subhaash, its Kannada version was co-directed by Sandeep Malani.
