My declined submission
Hi, you reviewed our TaxSlayer.com article and it was declined. It appearst that it was declined for lack of references? Is there a particular minimum amount of references we need? Thanks —Preceding unsigned comment added by Taxslayer1 (talk • contribs) 18:53, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
Please enable your e-mail
Hello. Please enable your e-mail so that I can speak to you privately. Alternatively, you may wish to send me an e-mail directly at djgwikigmail.com. Thank you. --Deskana (talk) 20:15, 22 July 2010 (UTC)
- Why do you want to talk to me in private, did I do something wrong? --Solar Rocker (talk) 12:41, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
- I think you know why I left you this message. I simply want to talk to you about it, that's all. You can speak to me on IRC some time if you'd prefer. --Deskana (talk) 14:22, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
- Ok, I seriously don't know about what you are talking about, have I done something wrong? I want to keep my email private to prevent spam please. Solar Rocker|Talk to me! 21:17, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
- You can trust me with your e-mail address. All I wanted was a quick chat about something related to you. I'll be frank, I don't spend my time trying to speak to users via e-mail for nothing. If you don't want to chat to me privately, then you're the one that's losing out. I won't spend any more of my time trying to convince you. Best of luck. --Deskana (talk) 21:59, 23 July 2010 (UTC)

- Would this have anything to do with this user obviously being the new incarnation of User:Ratinator? You created this account while Ratinator was still blocked, technically violating WP:SOCK again. Rather than block you outright for that I renew my strong suggestion to you to enter the adopt a user program, otherwise you may end up being blocked anyway for a lack of competence. Beeblebrox (talk) 20:36, 25 July 2010 (UTC)
- I also think it would be wise for you to agree to a topic ban that bars you from requesting rollback for a period of six months. Your endless requests for it are as pointless as they are tiresome. Beeblebrox (talk) 20:49, 25 July 2010 (UTC)

- Don't be coy Ratinator, subtlety is not your strong suit. Beeblebrox (talk) 22:03, 25 July 2010 (UTC)
- What's a Ratinator and what does coy mean? Solar Rocker|Talk to me! 09:05, 26 July 2010 (UTC)

I think s/he means they think you are User:Ratinator Tommy! [message] 17:00, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
- Of course that is exactly what I meant. Pretending you didn't know that is what was coy. From the Wiktionary definition of coy: Reluctant to give details about something sensitive, pretending shyness or modesty. In other words, you knew perfectly well what I meant but you pretended you didn't, adding yet another lie/deception to your already lengthy record of such actions. As you can see from the way the discussion at ANI is progressing, most participants seems to feel I've been too lenient with you up to now. Given the ridiculously clueless and dishonest behavior you have exhibited I'm inclined to agree. It's time for you to own up to what you have done, to admit your own faults, and to accept that you are not yet capable of performing certain tasks here, especially at Articles for Creation. Or you could keep going along like you have been and get your self indefinitely blocked or even banned. The choice is yours. Beeblebrox (talk)
Your question
Hi. I'm afraid I don't work WP:AFC, so I can't really answer you; you don't indicate whether there is a technical obstruction or a procedural-based one. Not working in the area, I'm going to guess that you need to be able to "move" pages and that your problem is a technical one. If so, you will be autoconfirmed four days after registration (presuming you have sufficient edit count, and you seem to), so it should resolve soon (oh, unless you're editing through Tor (anonymity network), in which case you'll have to wait 90 days). --Moonriddengirl (talk) 13:51, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
- See WP:Autoconfirmed. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 13:55, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, you're wanting to know how to apply to avoid waiting another few hours. I don't know. Try asking at WP:HELP. I don't work permissions and am not familiar with the processes, I'm afraid. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 13:57, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
Changes to Chesapeake Ohio
The changes I made to the article "chesapeake ohio" were accurate. In fact, I am one of the council members listed. Why did you 'undo' my changes to the article? —Preceding unsigned comment added by HM2Taylor (talk • contribs) 20:03, 25 July 2010 (UTC)
Question
Hi, I noticed your move of List of NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Champions. Why is the capitalization needed? Dabomb87 (talk) 21:40, 25 July 2010 (UTC)
- I don't know :/ I saw other titles with capitals. --Solar Rocker|Talk to me! 09:12, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
TW edit conflicts
Hi. Wouldn't it be better if, for example, I revert vandalism with TW, then I should warn and notify the user/IP-address on its user talk page? You were able to warn the recent vandalism from the IP-address before I did it, which caused an edit conflict. What do you think about it? /HeyMid (contributions) 14:44, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
Valley Cottage, New York - Eric Gugler
I made the entry for Eric Gugler Valley Cottage, New York on Friday.... Futher research indicates he actually lived at Sneden's Landing in Palisades, New York so I moved this entry to Palisades, New York. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.203.40.251 (talk) 14:49, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
Answer to Shared IP
I made the original entry. I removed the entry from the Valley Cottage, New York page and added the entry to the Palisades, New York page (Same person)... Thanks for looking out... 192.203.40.251 (talk) 15:19, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
AFC
Please, just stop doing AFC things, until you ask others and learn what you are doing wrong.
Check your previous contributions to AFC, many of which I have had to correct.
Just now, I had yet another user complain about this; they were working on it, you changed it to 'decline' when another person was busily helping them fix the problem.
I know your previous account was user:ratinator etc, and all the problems you caused with that.
So, please, stop playing around in AFC until you know what you are doing. Thanks, Chzz ► 16:42, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
This message is being sent to inform you that there is a discussion of your editing at the incident noticeboard and that I have called for you to be banned from requesting rollback or participating at WP:AFC for the next six months. Your participation in this discussion is welcome. Beeblebrox (talk) 16:53, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
Blocked for lying and abuse of multiple accounts
You are obviously incapable of honestly admitting your own faults and working within our policies on multiple accounts. I, like most people, do not like being repeatedly lied to. You are blocked, under this identity, under any identity whatsoever and if you want to ever be allowed to edit Wikipedia again, you should consider the standard offer for blocked users. If you continue to create new accounts, you will never be allowed back in. Beeblebrox (talk) 19:13, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
- I agree to:
1. Wait six months without sockpuppeting. 2. Promise to avoid the behavior that led to the block/ban. 3. Don't create any extraordinary reasons to object to a return.
