Cambridge Grant Historic District (or "Russell Hill") is a historic district located on 205-287 Russell Hill Road and 15 Wilker Road in Ashburnham, Massachusetts.
The district was founded in 1766 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.
Notable residents of Ashburnham born in the district: Melvin O. Adams, lawyer for Lizzie Borden and cousin of Ivers Whitney Adams- 269 Russell Hill Road. Grandson of the first settler of Cambridge Grant, John Adams, the Centenarian (1744-1848).
