Date of death

I've contributed most of the research and writing about Brian Kingcome. There's only one thing that's missing; his date of death. The documents and websites state that he died in 1994 but doesn't give the precise date and location. Should we just leave it? Cheers for anyone who might know the answer and please contribute towards the page as usual :)
