Welcome

Welcome!

Hello, Zuull, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions, especially what you did for FK Partizan. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{helpme}} before the question. Again, welcome! --Dynaflow babble 12:47, 19 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright problems with most all of your image uploads

In looking over your image uploads I see most all of them have been taken from websites such as partizan.rs. As the above image, while you claim there was permission given to release these image into public domain or license via CCL there is no evidence of that on their website nor does there appear to be a permissions OTRS on file for any of the images. Because of the amount if images it would be best to have partizan.rs simply change their licensing terms to reflect either all images on the site are public domain, meaning the copyright holder has released all copyright claims, or they are all licensed under CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license. Some of the images, such as File:FKPartizan-adidas.jpg, contain trademarks and are not licensed under the {{FAL}} as you claim. Due to the number of images involved I will allow you one week (7 days) to address the permission issues on all images. Any image without proper permission via the website or a permission OTRS will be tagged for deletion, as described on criteria for speedy deletion, on October 1, 2010. Thank you. September 2010

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed a file deletion tag from [[::File:Aleksandarstanojevic.jpg]]. When removing deletion tags, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. You must refrain from removing the no-permission tag unless you have provided it. There is still zero indication on the source website they have released any of the images you have uploaded via public domain or any of the claimed licenses you have been using. Donating copyrighted materials

Thank you for your interest in donating content, such as File:Partizanstadium-izaberipartizan.jpg, to Wikipedia. However, we will need you to verify that you are the copyright holder of this content. Most of the images that you have uploaded have now been tagged as needing verification of permission. If this verification is not provided, the images will be deleted after a week. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the process to follow for verifying your donation. Please do not remove the template from the images indicating that this permission has not yet been received until the donation process is complete. If you have questions about this, you are welcome to come by my talk page. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 16:55, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove file deletion tags from file description pages on Wikipedia, as you did to [[::File:Aleksandarstanojevic.jpg]], without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. Soundvisions1 (talk) 19:29, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|Your reason here}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Moonriddengirl (talk) 19:28, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
You have been temporarily blocked for removing the tags without completing the donation process. Please do not do this again. You must verify permission. If you do not, these images will be deleted. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 19:32, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

~~Unblock request~~

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

Agreed to stop

Request handled by: Moonriddengirl (talk)

Unblocking administrator: Please check for active autoblocks on this user after accepting the unblock request.

(edit conflict)There were two notices on how to do this which you removed form this talk page, an indication that you read them and understood them. You can also read my post above entitled Copyright problems with most all of your image uploads. There is also a post directly above from Moonriddengirl that explains this as well. Wikipedia need to very that permission has been granted under the given license. There is no indication on the website you have obtained these images from that these images are freely available. Either the websites must state this on their website or a permission email must be received from the website as explained above. Removing the deletion tags and changing the licenses your self will not work as you are not the source, the author or the copyright holder. Soundvisions1 (talk) 19:45, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I will unblock you if you will promise to stop removing the templates from the images. Then we can discuss in more detail how you can verify your permission. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 19:39, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I promise that I will stop doing that... I did that because I couldn't figure out what I need to do to fix my images. I didn't do that because I want to do, it's mistake... Sorry again. Please if you can unblock me and explain me in detail what I need to do to verifty permission. Thanks
I have unblocked. Give me a minute, and I will try to better explain what you must do to retain these images. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 20:01, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Mini-how to

This is basically what has been said in the posting that you removed. It would help if you could explain what part you do not understand so we could help you better.

If the copyright holder created this media and previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please have them either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication (ie: partizan.rs) to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating their ownership of the material and their intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion. Please do not place this tag on the image until you are sure the copyright owner has submitted the permission email.

Again - please let us know exactly what you do not understand so we can address that issue directly. Thanks. Soundvisions1 (talk) 20:03, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

As Soundvisions1 explains above, we have to have proof from the copyright holder that these images are licensed appropriately. If you are the copyright holder, you still have to prove that. The processes are the same either way. If the website is updated to include a specific notice saying that the content can be used under appropriate license, let us know, and we'll make sure that the images are not deleted. If they e-mail the Wikimedia Foundation (the address is at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials), the Wikimedia Foundation volunteer that handles the e-mail will remove the tags if their e-mail is legally usable. If you know that they have e-mailed the Wikimedia Foundation, you can add to the image pages {{OTRS pending}} (brackets and all). But please don't remove the permissions needed tag. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 20:15, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! This helps me a lot... I contacted the author and owner of images and he sent you a message using your form. I also added pending tag to all images included in permission messages.
(edit conflict)Please understand that not all of the images are from the same web site and, according to various pages, there are different photographers involved. In this case each image would have to be listed separately in the email along with a direct link to their corresponding Wikipedia page. Likewise a website would not have the authority to release brand logos such as Adidas logo contained in one of your image uploads. In other words each image located here would have to be checked individually and may not be available for use under one blanket from one copyright owners email. For example File:FKPartizan-adidas.jpg, File:Aleksandarstanojevic.jpg and File:FKTeleoptikjesen2008.jpg would all need different permissions. Soundvisions1 (talk) 21:15, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I understand it. But there is a lot of images from FK Partizan website and I hope there's not a problem because author sents all links for that permission in one mail!? However, he sents also and others file because they are all in FK Partizan ownership (from webs izaberi-partizan and club official website). Beside that, Adiidas logo is created also by Partizan edit team, and it's just added to image with Partizan logo... So, I can't find other author because he doesn't exists. The only true author of that image is FK Partizan and they allowed the permission.

Hi. Thanks for your note, and I'm sorry for missing your message here. These generally can take up to a week to process. Your OTRS pending tags (thanks for that) should keep them from being deleted prematurely. If they are, please don't worry, as they will be restored if the release is legally usable once they're processed. (If the release is not legally usable, the person who e-mailed us will get a reply explaining what else needs to be done.) I appreciate your patience with the procedure, and I do apologize for the complications. Since this is a legal issue, the Wikimedia Foundations needs to handle it carefully. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 15:39, 24 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the answer... I just hope finally everything will be okay. :) Those images are really important to all in FK Partizan family, because we want to improve our content on your wikipedia, as our club made some great successes this season and many people are in for about all news and pictures about the club. Thanks again ;)
Hello again. Perhaps, my image licensing tags are still considering (I didn't got any news about it, but I'll wait up to 7 days), i just want to ask you can I add few more photos to Wiki (it's my own work) and what type of license I should add to my own created images?
I would hold off until the current issues are resolved before making bay other uploads. If the permissions email to OTRS did not come from you than you will not get an email about what is going on. If the sender of the email cc'd you than you should get a response as well. As you are dealing with numerous uploads form various sources the process may take a long time. Also remember to sign your posts by typing four tildes (~~~~) after your post. Soundvisions1 (talk) 16:30, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Medo.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Medo.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.
