PlayStation Move Heroes[2] is an upcoming 2011 Action-adventure video game developed by Nihilistic Software and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 3 video game console utilizing the PlayStation Move. It is a cross-over of the Ratchet & Clank, Jak and Daxter, and Sly Cooper franchises to form a total of six main characters.

Characters

The game currently consists of six characters from three franchises: Ratchet & Clank, Jak and Daxter and Sly Cooper.

Plot

A mysterious alien duo has swept through the galaxy, fiendishly snatching entire chunks from the worlds of Ratchet, Jak, and Sly to create a mysterious new planet in the galaxy. After being abducted to this new world, Ratchet, Clank, Jak, Daxter, Sly Cooper and Bentley are invited by their gracious alien hosts to compete in friendly, yet challenging competition to test their extraordinary skills… but as our heroes discover, all is not as it seems. Our fearless heroes soon find themselves joined together in the ultimate battle to protect the galaxy -- and in a fight for their own survival.

Gameplay

Sly Cooper attacking enemies

The gameplay seems to resemble that of the Ratchet & Clank series, players take control of one of the six heroes as they utilize an arsenal of weapons to smash, hurl and shoot enemies. The game also supports a two player co-op mode.[3]

Development

The game was first announced for the PlayStation Move during Sony's Press Conference at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2010. None of the developers of the original three franchises, Naughty Dog, Insomniac Games, and Sucker Punch Productions, are working directly on the game.[3]
