How about a line about his "hair" and his tendancy to call non existant penalties. I think I have some POV issues if I put them in the article the way I'm thinking, so feel free to word it as you like Tawker 02:38, 1 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

There is no evidence tying his absence from the 2007 playoffs and the Leafs/Islanders call. Also as far as 'Famous controversial calls' go, this one hardly has any notoriety outside of fans of one team. Special J 12:35, 13 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No mention of one of the most famous non calls in sports history?

Maybe a bit of a dramatic subject line, but seriously that 1993 "missed" call between the Leafs and Kings is something that people in Toronto still haven't forgiven, and Kerry himself said he wished he could do it again... 02:40, 29 March 2010 (UTC)GNU4eva (talk)

IIRC, the mentions of that and other controversial calls were previously put on this article, but were removed due to violations of the Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy since there were not properly cited with reliable sources. That 1993 call is easily the most famous blown call in NHL history (and I'm not even a Leafs fan).
