Justin Jitae Chon (born May 29, 1981) is an American actor.
Life and career
Chon, a Korean American, was born in Garden Grove, California and was raised in Irvine, California.[3] He started acting in 2005 in shows such as Jack & Bobby and Taki & Luci. He came to fame in 2006 when he played Peter Wu in the Disney Channel film Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior.[1] He also played Tony Lee in the Nickelodeon sitcom Just Jordan.[1] In 2008, he played Eric Yorkie in the film Twilight, based on the book by Stephenie Meyer.[4] Justin reprised his role as Eric Yorkie in Twilight's sequel, New Moon.[5]
Chon also appears in the limited-edition coffee table book "About Face" by celebrity photographer John Russo, published by Pixie Press Worldwide.[6]
On May 3, 2009, Chon participated in a live Webcast and Q&A session for charity on StarCAM.[7] A portion of the proceeds went to the Step Off Ministry.
