MTV Roadies 7.0 was the seventh season of MTV Roadies, a reality television show aired on MTV India. The creator of this show is Raghu Ram and is hosted by Rannvijay. "Roadies has travel, adventure, drama, touch of voyeurism..." said Raghu Ram, when asked about the show. In this season, the roadies drive headed to the wild Africa. For reaching Africa, a roadie had to clear 7 stages,each stage was a twist which occurred when a roadie committed one of the 7 sins.

Changes

Raghu was not a part of Roadies Season 7. Irfan khan replaced Raghu in this season, who made the contestants perform tough tasks. In this season, Ranvijjay singh travelled with contestants to Africa and the tag line for this season is '7 Deadly Sins. 1 Wild Safari'.Auditions for this season were held completely online to prevent rowdy behaviour by youth which used to occur at audition venues.

Auditions

For season 7, Roadies auditions were online. Contestants register online where some general questions were asked for them. Judges choose the contestants for next round i.e. Group Discussion round on random basis. Auditions took place in 5 cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru & Chandigarh. The next round after GD round was Personal Interview round. The judges for this round were Nikhil and Cyrus.

Episode 1

Part 1 The 14 roadies started their journey from Goa. Here they were divided into two tribes, each gang having 3 girls and 4 boys. The red tribe (Red Indians) consist of zaid, mohit, amritpal, vikas, bharti, priyanka and meghna and the green tribe's (Green Mamba) member were Anwar, Ameya, Eric, Gaurav, Charlie, Nisha and Ravneet. After that they met with their first task which was based on a money task. There were 3 walls infront of them, they have to cross each wall by digging 3 pits for 1st wall, 2 pits for 2nd wall and 1 pit for the last wall. Red Indians won this task and earned rs.100000. Ranvijay said as they won the first of roadies, they could be given some advantages, but only 5 of them will get the advantage. Red Indians decided to left vikas and priyanka. After that they all reached to a big boat to know what advantage they've got. They all were surprised as they saw irfan khan, already present there. He said them that they have already earned rs.100000 in their first task, so why they need advantage too? later he said that they have committed a sin of greed and have to suffer for this. He said the two members whom they had left (in this key, vikas and priyanka), have to participate in an immunity task against 2 other members from the oponent tribe. After that they all reached hotel. Nisha of Green Mamba, volunteerly left the show. After that the roadies had a quite enjoyable party with dj song. Later ranvijay asked to the Red Indians which 2 members of Green Mamba will be going on a task against vikas and priyanka. They selected ameya and charlie. After that ranvijay gave them all a q-card for deciding a girl from the rider who will take Nisha's place. They all voted and ranvijay said the result will be declared later.

Immunity Task

The next day all roadies arrived for their immunity task. This task will happen ameya vs vikas and charlie against priyanka. In this task the performer will be hanging upside down and a adventure crew will move him/her like a pendulum. The roadie have to collect crabs in this position and throw them into baskets. None managed to complete this task, but ameya and priyanka performed well while vikas and charlie failed to touch crabs. So, none of them won immunity.

Vote Out

In the vote out, Ranvijay said that as the Greem Mamba's were only left with 6 members, so 1 of the members of Red Indians vote will not be counted. Priyanka were asked to choose a vote & the vote she chose it was against Gaurav. In this vote out Gaurav got 8 votes and left the show. Ranvijay declared Mannat as a roadie as she got 5 votes to be roadie from riders. She took Nisha's place in the tribe Green Mamba.

Money Task

Next day, ranvijay asked them to choose 2 boys and 2 girls from each tribe for the next money task. Between two high buildings, a roadie will stay midway. The another roadie have to climb the rock with a tile and give it to the roadie and he/she have to reach the tile to the roof. They performed like this: 1.eric & anwar - lost 2.charlie & mannat - reached 1 tile and earned rs.10,000 3.mohit & amritpal - reached 2 tiles and earned rs.20,000 4.priyanka & bharti - lost Tribe Red Indians total earned rs.20,000 and Green Mambas account contains rs.10,000
