"progressive" -- Fogal and Rankin were/are NOT "progressive". They are communists. Together, they ran the only Communist municipal government in Vancouver for a number of years. Please get rid of political correctness; if Wikipedia is to be a source of FACTS, we need facts, not politically correct fiction.
