Breakaway, originally titled Speedy Singh is a forthcoming Canadian comedy-drama film directed by Robert Lieberman. The film stars Vinay Virmani, Russell Peters, Camilla Belle, and Anupam Kher, whilst the film's co-producer Akshay Kumar, Drake, and Ludacris are set to make cameo appearances.[2][3]

Camilla Belle plays the female lead alongside Vinay Virmani. National Film Award-winning Indian Actor Anupam Kher plays a father who wants his son give up his quest of pursuing a hockey career and devote his life to his religion and family business.

Music

Music composer and head of Columbia Records India, Sandeep Chowta will be composing music for Breakaway with special features from RDB (Rhythm Dhol Bass), Jassi Sidhu and Rishi Rich Productions.
