I was the author of the interview on Ain't It Cool News that ywas referenced originally on an older version of this page under 'controversy'. I have since learned that the statements made by Mark Waid in regards to Mr. Alessi were false and I reject their authenticity. As a result I have edited the entry for Mr. Alessi to no longer contain the information referenced in the article. I have also asked Aint It Cool News to remove the article from their website. If anyone chooses to re-edit the entry for Mr. Alessi and add the information from the article again you do so at your own risk. I will contact Wikipedia directly to dispute it and ensure it is no longer acceptable to add if necessary. Thank you. - Bill Mitchel 10/28/2011
