I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Album recorded with what software?

I've made edits to this page as well as the Daniel Bedingfield main article page to request a citation for the brand of software Bedingfield used to record his first album. On this page, it is alleged that he used the Reason Audio Recording Software, while on the main article page, it is supposed that he used the Making Waves Audio Recording Software. We need some clarification on this discrepancy.
