I am not sure that the subject of this article is sufficiently notable - she seems to have done little to meet the notability criteria, and being Paul Kagame's daughter doesn't count. I also think that the article is problematic more generally - it's a bit of a puff piece based on a handful of questionable sources - but this is moot if it's to be deleted anyway.

I am not sure that the subject of this article is sufficiently notable - she seems to have done little to meet the notability criteria, and being Paul Kagame's daughter doesn't count. I also think that the article is problematic more generally - it's a bit of a puff piece based on a handful of questionable sources - but this is moot if it's to be deleted anyway.
