I added this old French Ford ad to the lede recently. Another editor reverted, commenting he didn't see the point of that advert. OK, but I think a lede illustration helps any article, even a list. So I think we need *something* here. Other ideas? --Pete Tillman (talk) 20:46, 18 October 2013 (UTC)

Shelby P V12
How is the Shelby P V12 a fake? If it's fake, why did Car and Driver post a magazine article and a PDF about the car? Lol. Not sure why Wikipedia won't allow us to use the word "Shelby". Maybe someone has mistaken "Shelby" for a girl's name. 166.137.242.53 (talk) 16:55, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

Untitled

This list is fairly complete for US cars. Probably needs many more non-US names. Anyone want to help? Rmhermen 14:34 10 Jul 2003 (UTC)

Shouldn't this really be the "List of Ford vehicles"? RedWolf 04:17, Nov 9, 2003 (UTC)

Not a bad idea. Let's. --Morven 04:38, 9 Nov 2003 (UTC)

This should be changed to two sections; Current vehicles and vehicles no longer made. MrDrew508

I added seperate sections to seperate the stock cars, concept cars, and the Fordson Tractor. The Helper S

Ford L-Series & Lousiville

IMPORTANT NOTE: Ford L-Series trucks, and Louisville Trucks are actually the same models. ---- DanTD 09:01, 9 June 2006 (EST)

Cars shuold be devided between Coops, Sedans, and Sports Wagons.

Proposal

Can we make this page a list of Ford, Mercury, Lincoln and the such (all Ford makes) - NOT saying list all the models here, simply a link to Ford vehicles, a link to Mercury vehicles, etc. etc. This way we can keep it Ford Motor Company vehicles, and it can branch off to the different Ford makes, and the article won't be too long, any thoughts? Getting a B

I understand Ford had a B-cab panel early on, around 1915. Can anybody confirm & add? Trekphiler (talk) 15:20, 25 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ford Metropolitan

As a kid, my best friends folks used to drive us around in a huge old Ford Metropolitan... Can't find any photos of it though. Why isn't that here?12.24.60.12 (talk) 19:12, 25 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Contradiction Tag

The original contradiction tag was placed in this article on 08:34, 6 December 2007 67.100.45.5 (talk) (12,396 bytes) (embed templates, use columns, note contradictions). This article has undergone many transitions since that time. I personally printed out the list of all cars and compared it to both the American cars chart and the European cars chart and could find no contradictions. I am therefore removing the contradiction tag and getting this article out of the backlog. If a contradiction still exists, please feel free to either mark this article with a new date, or even better, please fix the contradiction immediately to avoid lengthy tags. Thanks so much for all your hard work on this article. Kjnelan (talk) 00:28, 18 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Illustration for lede

I added this old French Ford ad to the lede recently. Another editor reverted, commenting he didn't see the point of that advert. OK, but I think a lede illustration helps any article, even a list.
