DXZB-TV, channel 13, is owned and managed by TV-13 Cooperative for Service of Zamboanga[1] under Atty. Gerasimo Acuña and Atty. Susan de los Reyes. It is a former television station of Philippine television network Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation from 1986-1991, and 1996-1999 when Golden Broadcast Professionals, Inc. TV11 was affiliated with IBC from 1998-2005. Today, the station airs movies and local programs such as news program Accion na Trese.

TV-13's studios are located at Thomas Claudio St., Zamboanga City.
