King Charles II

All sources simply state "King Charles II" in relation to the person who commissioned the founder - given they used the Englishman Ferdinando Gorges as the agent, however, I've assumed this means the English King Charles II (which isn't really a leap, he'd be the de-facto Charles II anyways). However, Charles II of England lived from 1630 until 1685 and John Gooch allegedly arrived in 1637... Seems a mismatch there! Hence the dubious tag... Nikthestunned 17:07, 10 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
