I have super brainy friends who run light speeds around me, I try to understand their Data instructions, often feeling frustrated. The tutorial is awesome, I feel really good about myself learning a new language and hopefully communicate better with my friends up north. I appreciate this opportunity you have produced. I'm still on mission one and saved one page. I have more exploring to do, I just wanted to give my appreciation for spending the time creating a user guide such as this to help us learn a little easier. |

'Sit down, have a cup. While you're here something to muse on:'
- Think about what an awesome trip you're on,
- How many millions of people benefit from Wikipedia every day,
- How marvelous it is that people all over the world have collaborated to create this unique resource,
- How important sharing knowledge is,
- How people working together over time can do amazing things.
Hope that was an inspiring musing. 😎-----😇

Tips for feedback
Tell us what you liked about it, where we could improve, and what you learned
- How you can help
- Play the game all the way through. Do you get stuck anywhere? Is anything unclear?
- Finish the game if you only played a few missions: Give some attention to missions 5-7 (which have been tested much less)
- Start over fresh with a new account: Like User:OcaasiTWA17 (these are legitimate alternate testing accounts and are not considered sockpuppets)
- Try a different browser: If you used Safari, try Firefox (or Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera...)
- Show the game to a friend or family member to see how they like it and if they get stuck anywhere
- In your feedback, please include any of your thoughts on
- text instructions within the game
- graphic placement
- bugs in the tour mechanics
- your web browser
- your screen resolution
- which step of the tour you were on if something didn't work (see the step= in the url)

Feedback
- What I liked
- The Wikipedia adventure option itself - when I first created an account a year ago, I 'got no work done after bouncing from article to article' :). Returned one year later to find this really cool and fun tutorial. Super useful.
- The badges!!!! Made me so happy! I will show off to my son.
- Any other thoughts you want to share
- text instructions within the game were very clear.
- I used Chrome and did not find any errors except at two places the instruction box loaded a little late, but that could be a slow internet?
- the theme, the guide, the characters, the colors, the images were all lovely!! Didn't try all the sounds cos didn't see the point after the first clip.

Just a thank you -
- Got me hooked on Wiki - I came to do one thing and now I can't stop - I forgot how much fun learning can be.. Still making errors though but getting better - a bit like learning to ride a bike - I will get there in the end - thanks for a new hobby.Neil Kindness (talk) 12:12, 12 November 2016 (UTC)

- What I liked
...This is a great way to learn how to use Wikipedia. Interactive tutorials are awesome.
- What I didn't like
...It said I couldn't leave. It would be nice if it could be bookmarked.
- What I wanted more of
...The instructions seemed fine, I can't think of anything to add.
- What was unnecessary
...I liked it the way it was.
- Any other thoughts you want to share
...Put it on a new user's profile. I didn't see it there. I forget how I found it.

Feedback
- What I liked
I like the way the game encourages the editors to keep calm and polite, even when they are frustrated from the reviewers attitude to their work.
- What I didn't like
1. The tutorial is a bit too tedious. 2. The transition between missions is ambiguous, mainly at the end of missions 3. I learn about this tutorial too late, only after I wasted much time learning the rules by trial and error.
- What I wanted more of
...
- What was unnecessary
...
- Any other thoughts you want to share
it would be better if the tutorial is integrated in the normal editing. For example, when I edit the user page, the first option should be to do it according to the tutorial.

Feedback from Kingstevenrules
- What I liked
- I liked the learning process that TWA uses. Very nice, very effective. The Awards were a nice boost, too.
- What I didn't like
- I saw a bug on Mission 5 where the Challenge Yourself box was fixed in location on the screen. By this, I mean that the box would move as you scrolled.
- What I wanted more of
- More Missions!
- What was unnecessary
- The bugs. But, they happen, so I don't have much control over them not happening.
- Any other thoughts you want to share
- All in all, a very good game, very fun and creative. 8.5/10.

Feedback from Prahlad balaji
- What I liked
- I got awards.
- What I didn't like
- They kept repeating the same text all over again when I was trying to do the mission again. They should have saved the text from the past missions and deleted the text from the mission I was on and make me repeat that same text.
- What I wanted more of
- More missions!
- What was unnecessary
- Repeating the text when I wanted to do the mission all over again

Feedback
- What I liked
The missions were pretty fun and well-thought-out
- What I didn't like
Too many glitches that sometimes stopped me from even completing missions.
- What I wanted more of
More fake messages, that really added a new level to the tutorial.
- What was unnecessary
There wasn't anything I could think of.
- Any other thoughts you want to share
Some glitches I saw: If I went to another page, the prompt to continue would still be there If I left an edit summary, even if it was the exact one it told me to leave, it usually wouldn't complete the mission. I had to copy and paste it in the article itself, which was just strange.

- What I liked
...It is easy, and fun to get through this tutorial quickly, and there's colour!
- What I didn't like
...The images for the mock Earth page did not seem to match the content alongside. Sure they were Earth related, but it seems all miss-matched
- What I wanted more of
...Retrieving an image from Wiki commons would have been a nice addition. Also, perhaps some clicking around in the Tea House.
- What was unnecessary
...Too much back and forth with the same user!

...I'm glad this is a short tutorial, because I want to use Wikipedia, but I needed this information

- What I liked
... The down with the kids style encouragement. User-friendly approach. The funny what not to do examples. The usernames of the simulators.
- What I didn't like
... It won't let me leave and come back and it took ages. Also, sometimes skipped over sections and found it hard to go back for the badges.
- What I wanted more of
... Another level after the pre-beginner stage would be beneficial to learn the more complicated aspects. Also, would have been beneficial to learn how to use everything rather than just the basics.
- What was unnecessary
... The fact you have to do it in one go or progress gets lost.
- Any other thoughts you want to share
...Good fun, I hope I will make a good editor. :)

Feedback
- What I liked
clear instructions for all the different steps (I actually learned something, even though I would have probably figured most stuff out myself anyways)
- What I didn't like
It took way too long and it was presented in a bit of a "childish" way (which is intended, I know), I don't think I would have finished this "experience" under normal circumstances
- What I wanted more of
I didn't really understand why I should add things like "added bolt" etc. INTO the text directly (that was not intended to work I assume?) This aspect of talking with each other (discussions) should be better explained / more focus in detail
- What was unnecessary
There should be an overview over the important aspects, I think a video is more useful (like on youtube) than this "experience"
So basically a video about each section and a way shorter "experience" to click through would do be more appropriate in my opinion.
This would allow "more advanced" users to get useful tips for the things they don't understand instead of clicking through the entire process to find out something that may or may not be of use.

- What I liked
I really liked the friendly and fun conversational tone that promoted collaboration around the world.
- What I didn't like
Sometimes I had to complete a task multiple times because I didn't click the correct button when I did it. This confused me and I got lost in the navigation of the training a few times.
- What I wanted more of
How to source file names for pictures so that I can add my own, as well as what types of pictures are acceptable.
- What was unnecessary
I believe everything was helpful.
- Any other thoughts you want to share
I really liked the music choices. I listened to all of them.
