Hi Chrissymad,

The page I saved yesterday on John Da Grosa Smith was deleted today. If there are revisions that you can suggest so we can re-publish it please let me know. Is there someone who can proof read it and approve it so this doesn't happen again?

Help request

Hi Chrissymad,

Can you please assist me in editing the MusicDealers page so that it is revised and not deleted? I had quoted an area from a page that was contested and added the works cited. It was written neutrally with all of the works cited from neutral and credible sources? Thank you! --Mdragoiu1099 (talk) 19:55, 3 January 2017 (UTC)Moda1099 ❯❯❯ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯[reply]

Contested Deletion

Hi @Chrissymad! I hope all is well. I read all of your notes and before writing my first article with wikipedia, I looked into all of the different threads about writing my first article. As I wanted my first article to be good, I tried to keep it short and very factual. I am a big fan of the startup/entrepreneur world and I want to begin covering the ones in wikipedia that deserve recognition in the food/beverage space. Another one that I wanted to work on was for Protes, which just raised a lot of money and has very strong national revenue and has a unique product. As with Protes, I wrote about TruEnergy because it has a very unique story that has been covered by major publications like Forbes, Fortune, FoodDive etc. and has a great endorsement from a top goalie in the NHL. It is a unique product founded by a pro athlete who played in the top leagues in Denmark, Slovakia, and Norway. I was also planning on covering Lokai, a company by Steve Izen who has given over $7M to charity and is on Forbes U30 2017. Please reconsider your red flag so that I can continue my writing or please provide some actionable recommendations for making the article better. Have a great day! This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (your reason here) --ConsulateHealthCare (talk) 21:03, 3 January 2017 (UTC)

We are a private company and do not have external links like Kindred, a company similar to ours who is publicly traded. This is the only thing we can tell is different between what we've posted thus far and what Kindred has posted. We would like to know how to contest this deletion and move forward with the creation of our page in order to be an informational tool for others. Rollback granted

I have granted the "rollbacker" permission to your account. After a review of some of your contributions, I believe you can be trusted to use rollback for its intended usage of reverting vandalism, and that you will not abuse it by reverting good-faith edits or to revert-war. For information on rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback and Wikipedia:Rollback feature. If you do not want rollback, contact me and I will remove it. Good luck and thanks. -- Samtar talk · contribs 16:20, 5 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Test edits on Taconic Trail

Hey Crissymad, sorry about that! I didn't see your message until just now. I was giving a live editing demo to a school class, and I wanted to show how articles were reverted quickly (hopefully by ClueBot). I'm done the presentation, and won't do that again. Thanks! —Preceding undated comment added 18:37, 5 January 2017 (UTC)

Drooble page

Hey Crissymad, thanks for your feedback about Drooble page! I really do not understand why these guys can not have their simple Wiki page as their project has a great mission, Drooble is entirely free, but the problem is that it is quite new. I am using that platform by myself and one of the guys there ask for my assistance, I have created a lot of pages mainly for games in my previous job. I will appreciate if you have some advices how to proceed. I really did not expect my version to be erased directly. Thank you! MBangg (talk) 23:11, 5 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@MBangg: I'd recommend reading this guide to your first article as it goes over what is required for articles. I'd also recommend checking out what Wikipedia is not, which will explain why not every topic is encyclopedic. Chrissymad ❯❯❯ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Орден для вас!

Орден за заслуги
Hi Chrissymad,

Can you please assist me in editing the Virtual cemetery page so that it is revised and not deleted?

It is a unique product.
I can not understand why information about supermarkets is not advertising, and information about unique in its capabilities of the virtual site of the cemetery - is an advertisement.

At this time, I am corresponding with the Department of Veterans and NASA for the free placement of American heroes on this site. Please help me to correct my mistakes, so that the article is not perceived as advertising. We would like to know how to contest this deletion and move forward with the creation of our page in order to be an informational tool for others.

Have a great day!

Declined speedy deletion nomination of Greg Marchand

Hello Chrissymad. Speedy deletion work is important and I do appreciate the effort. I would just ask that you please review the criteria carefully because accuracy is also important. On that issue, I have declined your speedy deletion nomination of Greg Marchand as an article that does not credibly indicate the importance or significance of the topic under CSD A7. That criterion did not apply because winning a Guiness World Record is a credible indication of "importance or significance". Remember that CSD A7 is a lower standard than what is required to demonstrate notability – it does not, for example, require that the article's text already contain citations to reliable sources that would be necessary to prove notability, but only that it contain a claim that, were it true, might reasonably make the subject a valid encyclopaedia topic (if proper sourcing could later be found).Template:Z158 Adam9007 (talk) 22:19, 6 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Adam9007: Sorry - I misunderstood the record itself. I questioned it because it's more about the uterus than the doctor himself. Thanks Chrissymad ❯❯❯ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The source says that he and another doctor were named in the record book. I don't think anyone in their right mind would say that's not significant! :) Adam9007 (talk) 22:24, 6 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Admittedly I didn't read the whole article (source) originally. Mea culpa! Chrissymad ❯❯❯ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Your instincts were good. It's a copyvio. Toddst1 (talk) 22:42, 6 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
