Wang Ziwen (born February 28, 1987), also known by her English name Olivia Wang, is a Chinese actress and model. She is best known for Family, Power N, Life Bridge, portraying Qu Xiaoxiao in the popular Chinese television drama Ode to Joy, When a Snail Falls in Love,...[1]

Career

From a young age, she took dancing and gymnastic classes. She also attended Central Academy of Drama. By chance, she got selected with 3 other girls to form a singing group and was trained in South Korea. The difficult training became a solid foundation for her career [2]

In 2005 Ziwen appeared in MV Move Your Heart (Q动你的心)[3]

In 2006, Wang Ziwen starred in her first TV series, "Who is my father" [4], officially entered the entertainment. And then starred in her first film, "The Postmodern Life of My Aunt" and then plays the heroine beautiful woman planting Qiu in the war drama "Cold Autumn"[5]

In 2007, Wang Ziwen appeared in historical costume drama "Yelang Wang", as Qing Suo[6]; then, with Nie Yuan, Zeng Li co-starred in the urban war drama "Human Dust", as a strong color and personality and willing to love[7]; the same year as the female lead in the film directed by Hao Ran "Dowry", a fishing village girl playing silver sand, which is the first time as the female lead in the movie[8]

In 2009, Wang Ziwen starred in the romantic comedy film "Visitors From The Sui Dynasty", as female graceful beauty Yao Mengmeng[9]; then guest appearance inspirational youth drama "The Prince of Tennis (Season2)" and family emotional drama "Another Habit".

In 2010, with Liu Ye, Gao Yuanyuan, Li Xiaoran co-starred in the romantic film "Driverless", played the network woman writer non-fish[10]; then starred in director Feng Xiaogang film "Aftershock", as Fonda's wife[11]; the same year, with Gunai Liang, Wang Bowen starring historical romance drama "Bridge of Life and Death", as the heroine Ganaiganhen Dandan[12]
