Combat Terrorist Organization or Autonomous Combat Terrorist Organization (rus. Боевая Террористическая Организация) was a Russian radical Neo-Nazi terrorist group in Saint Petersburg from 9 August 2003 to 2006. It was formed by two members of the "Mad Crowd" skinhead organization, Dmitriy Borovikov and Voevodin Alexey.

The group used exceptional secrecy to hide their conspiracy. Participants did not have skinheads, exclusively used confidential mobile phones, met very seldomly amongst'd've themselves in the open, and refused to talk about ideology or tactics near power sockets, preferring to write their words on paper.

On June 14, 2011, the trial of eight members of the group began. Pavel Rumyantsev was tried separately.

Ideology

The gang's main symbol was the swastika. Dmitriy Borovikov, the bang's leader and ideologist, was convinced of racist dreaming by means of murders and terrorism "to clear" St. Petersburg ("Nevograd") of non white races like (black, armenoid and Asian) who "fuck Russian women" and by that profane race, giving birth to "bastards". The purpose of the activity he allegedly saw change of «the Jewish Russian Federation» in monoethnic «Nordic Russia». Sharp criticism was sparked by christianity which alternative represented pagan ideology. Besides, in the organization the value of a healthy lifestyle and refusal of alcohol and drugs was propagandized. Most members of the group were convinced hardline straight edgers. The group issued fanzines "Kill or be killed", "Straight Edge - Шторм Чистой Крови", "Гнев Перуна", "Smell of Hatred".

Weapons

The main weapons used by the gang were knives and guns, and also crossbows, rifles, pump action shotguns and Mosin rifles.

THe gang's leader, Alexey Voevodin, inherited two apartments when his mother and grandmother died. He sold one and used the money to buy a car, 4 Saiga carbines, and radio sets for listening to police radio.
