Hand axe

One of you working on the article left some broken refs laying around. On one of them, I'm not sure how to fix. Look for The quote is from page 53 and the figure regarding the dimensions is from page 51. This belonged in the previous ref that has been condensed down to a named ref with a {{rp}} template. Removing refs from medical articles

Feel free to hide references but please do not remove them.
