Padman is an upcoming 2018 Indian Hindi biographical comedy-drama film featuring Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in lead roles. Amitabh Bachchan will appear in a special role.

Production
The film is inspired from the real life story of Arunachalam Muruganantham, who invented low-cost sanitary pad making machine.[1]
Filming
The shooting of the film started in March 2017.[2] Principal photography of the film started in Delhi in April 2017.[3]
