Jillian Aversa (born March 4, 1986) is an American vocalist and composer best known for her contributions to video game soundtracks[2], YouTube music videos[3], and as a soloist with the international concert tour Video Games Live[4].  In addition to her performances of video game music, she is a composer of contemporary New Age/World music and has released several solo albums to critical acclaim and widespread radio airplay[5][6][7].

Aversa joined the Video Games Live concert tour as a solo vocalist in 2013, and has since performed in 14 countries across 5 continents[19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27][28][29][30].  She also appeared as a soloist and arranger on the tour’s Level 3 and Level 4 studio albums[31][32].

YouTube Channel

Aversa’s YouTube channel has gained notoriety with news coverage of her music video performances on popular video game news sites including Polygon[33], Wired[34], Nerdist[35] and Game Informer[36][37][38]. On Twitter, original song creator Sir Paul McCartney and game developer Bungie took note of her Destiny music video[39][40], and game designer Yoko Taro of her NieR video[41]. On Facebook, the official Witcher franchise page shared her Witcher 3: Wild Hunt music video[42].

Personal Life

Aversa is married to composer and software developer Andrew Aversa, also known as zircon.  They currently reside in Maryland, and are expecting their first child in July 2018[44].
