• As you know, you are community banned (here) and not just blocked, which means admins can not unblock you without a community review. I'll file that for you at WP:AN shortly, and any further comments you wish to make should be made here and will be copied across. I must point out that only admins can see UTRS unblock tickets, so if you wish the community to see the rest of your UTRS appeal you will have to copy it here. I'll also remind you that your most recent sock was in May 2016, so you have not respected your ban and you have not been away for 11 years. You might wish to comment further on that.
