William "Billy" Flynn (born May 29, 1985)[1] is an American actor and producer. He is known for portraying the role of Chad DiMera on the NBC soap opera, Days of Our Lives.[2]

Early life

Flynn was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Flynn graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2007, earning a Finance degree and minor in Economics. In the same year, Flynn did his internship and worked at Accenture as a Financial analyst.[3] In 2010, Flynn got a job at Warner Bros. Studios, where he worked for four years, as an analyst.[4][5]

Personal life

Flynn became engaged to girlfriend Gina Comparetto on May 29, 2015, his 30th birthday.[6] He and Comparetto married on October 1, 2016.[7]

In February 2014, Flynn landed a guest role on the hit CBS television series, Hawaii Five-0, in an episode entitled, "Hoku Welowelo"; Flynn played the role of Nick Spitz, opposite actress Melanie Griffith. Flynn also co-produced his short movie called Solely.[8][9] In August 2014, DAYS co-executive producer, Greg Meng confirmed to Soap Opera Digest that Flynn had joined the cast of NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives, as a recast of Chad DiMera, previously played by actor Casey Deidrick. Flynn debuted on September 12, 2014.[10][11][12] In October 2016 Deadline confirmed that Flynn has booked a role in the thriller movie called "D.O.A. Blood River"[13]
