They persistently inflate the figures so it will skew this article as vegan/vegetarian propaganda.
For example, 4.5% for Japan from Japan vegan society is grossly off.
One would struggle to find a place which serve vegetarian meal even in Tokyo. The actual figure would be so minute.

Statistics

Vegetarianism in Canada

This section needs work. It contains some all caps text and seems to go on some tangential rant. "Draft-dodgers" "Learning through osmosis."
