History of Jews in Poland

Regarding your comment in recent AfD. There exists two versions of History of Poland (to be exact the alleged Poland was during several ages a Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, not Poland). One version is presented in History of Poland (a series) and the other one in History of Jews in Poland (a series). I don't want to decide which version is better, but some parts of the History of Jews is biased. History of Jews in Poland#Interbellum (1918–39) contains three sections

• Polish Jews and the struggle for Poland's independence
• Jewish and Polish culture
• Tensions and antisemitism

Many Polish Jews were quite succesfull economically at that time, they had parties, media (not only Jewish newspapers as the text suggests). Since 1926 till Pilsudski's death the Jews did well. But Tensions and antisemitism. I don't expect any good from integrating of the Jewsih Paradise into the Hitory of Jews. Xx236 (talk) 09:14, 7 December 2018 (UTC)

Less good news, and an appeal for some help

The backlog is now approaching 5,000, and still rising. There are around 640 holders of the NPR flag, most of whom appear to be inactive. The 10% of the reviewers who do 90% of the work could do with some support especially as some of them are now taking a well deserved break.

Really good news - NPR wins the Community Wishlist Survey 2019

At #1 position, the Community Wishlist poll closed on 3 December with a resounding success for NPP, reminding the WMF and the volunteer communities just how critical NPP is to maintaining a clean encyclopedia and the need for improved tools to do it. A big 'thank you' to everyone who supported the NPP proposals. See the results.

Mark Lindquist AfD Comment Deletion

Hi there,

Was wondering if you knew which SPA had deleted the AfD comments - worth putting a high level warning on their talk page. I personally feel that AfD content removal is a "two strikes and out" offence - it's fundamentally the most egregious act that can be done within AfD discussion. However, when I click on the date of the comment I made at: 14:24, 17 December 2018‎, my comment shows on the page. But when I click on the date of my next edit - the one the disappeared - 14:31, 17 December 2018‎, my comment does not show. Ditto for the next comment, SportingFlyer 17:47, 17 December 2018‎. teh next tow comments, Roctober 21:13, 17 December 2018 and Sinebot 21:14, 17 December 2018 also fail to show up as "old revision" when clicked. But clicking on the next comment, Coolabahapple addition of this discussion to a list on 01:14, 18 December 2018 does produce an updated "old revision" page showing his addition. Hello! Someone doxed me on the AfD page right around the time you're focused on, and that comment was obliterated from the record. The doxer used a new account based on my real name that was also blocked permanently. When I tried to view the edit history, the system acted strangely. That might be what you've noticed. I have been fascinated by the examination so far. I am a professional technical writer, and it's always a scary but good feeling when my work is criticized and improved by experts. In addition to his published books with national reviews, the subject is also noteworthy for government secrecy decisions that set national precedents (and made national headlines). I hope to engage in that discussion with you if/when the time comes. Do note that legal Wikipedians were notified with the second listing, and none have argued for removal. I have sought to distill the noise down to the critical details that belong in the historical record. Many regional politicians have bad terms, but the legal significance of 3 of these deeds are important to the national debates about government secrecy and prosecutor authority. I haven't changed a word pertaining to the subject's writing career.
