Any suggestions on how to improve this page? Jaimejones87 (talk) 15:00, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup needed.

Editors should work on this page to remove the self-glorification. Sincerely, GeorgeLouis (talk) 21:19, 17 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

What exactly about this page is self-glorification? It's all facts and numbers. Could you please clarify? (Also, I have never used a talk page before, so if i posted this incorrectly I apologize!) Sincerely, Driftme (talk) 21:21, 18 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You're doing fine. The really loathsome self-praise was in the sections about one of the founders, and about the current president, both of which were already dumped. --Orange Mike | Talk 21:30, 18 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Should somebody possibly include a section describing exactly how AIL (Altig Intl. specifically) is a Multi-level-marketing corporation? Their whole business model should be presented (recruitment, start up fees, scripts, pay schedule)... not just their sales and brief history. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.148.237.112 (talk) 00:28, 22 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Isn't that proprietary information? Mgbaker22 (talk) 13:32, 25 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
It's also non-encyclopedic. Anonymous IP, do you have any actual verifiable information from reliable sources to back up this assertion? --Orange Mike | Talk 14:11, 25 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
It's very much encyclopedic to include that this company operates as a MLM. We certainly don't need their entire business model to show that. Centerone (talk) 15:59, 20 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

COI tag

I have added the COI tag after User:MarkWriter objected to another editor's changes to this page, in this edit [1] stating:-

Each of our Companies are trademarked, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Torchmark Corporation. These pages were written by English-degreed Company employees for adherence to our Company Style Guide and brand consistency, and have been approved by our legal team. If further edit warring occurs, we will block you from editing our Wikipedia pages.

This is clearly a self-confessed WP:COI situation, and an attempt to WP:OWN the article.Arjayay (talk) 17:52, 28 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I left a {{uw-coi}} message on the editor's talk page. Unfortunately because of this, more of his edits the other articles will now have to be scrutinized. --Drm310 (talk) 14:11, 29 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Why can't we just delete this page (and the company's other pages, all edited by User:MarkWriter and redirect to the Torchmark page? AIL is just an affiliate and a LOT of the same information is posted on several of their subsidiary pages (First United American Income, United American Income, American Income Life, National Income Life, and Globe Life). It's redundant and just created to help with their SEO initiative. Wikipedia shouldn't be used as a marketing tool. Christie.betchface (talk) 16:44, 13 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

MLM

Why is there no mention on this page that this company is a MLM company? Centerone (talk) 15:42, 20 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox Key People Update

I have a COI since I work for Globe Life, so I am submitting the following edit request through the Talk page instead. The Infobox information for Key People is out of date, so I am requesting the following change:

Update Infobox Key People to “Steven K. Greer, CEO” [1] Laurettashokler (talk) 16:57, 17 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
