Ram Chandra Prasad Singh is a Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha from Bihar. He is from Janata Dal (United) party. He is a native of Nalanda district and was a UP cadre IAS officer before joining politics. He was also principal secretary to Nitish Kumar.[1]
