Aliyu Ahman Bahago (Born 31st December, 1964). [1] He is (as of 2019) a member of the federal house of Representing EduMoro,[2] His father was former Minister of Health and Agriculture, to the late Sir Ahmadu Bello, Premier of Norther Nigeria, Northern Nigeria, the late Alhaji Ahman Pategi, OBE, OFR, Galadima Patigi in Nupe community of Kwara State, [3]. He was named after the former northern minister Aliyu Makama, as memory[4]

Education Background

He had his Primary school central primary school Patigi, and had a WASC in Government Secondary School Ilorin 1976 -81, also a Basic studies 1981-82. His BS'c in International Studies Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria1982-85, and MS'c in Political Economy and Development Studies at University of Abuja, 2000-02.[5],

Career

He started as Chief Executive Officer Platform Nigeria Limited, in AhmannPatigi Farms, and later Director at Tranex, Branch Chairman Kwara State Red Cross Society. Aliyu Ahman Was Member Federal House of Representative at National, He was three times, member of Edu Moro, Pategi, Federal constituency of Kwara North, [6]. And was also twice Chairman of the House Committee on Water Resources, and also Chairman, Legislative Budget Research and member of other Committee on Appropriation and Commerce.[7]

Award honors

The Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria 2007 award, The Prestigious Mayor Proclamation. Key of the City of Moses Lake. State of Washington, USA in 2008 medal, and Award of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, Nigeria also2008 [8]
