Captain, I wanted to let you know why I am posting these notices to your talk page. I noticed that you added information about an arrest to Steve Bannon's article lead. Based on the fact that the article has a 1RR per 24hr limit it appears to have a long, controversial history. Richard Horatio Blair

Dear Captain Calm - I would appreciate your guidance on how to lift the notability notice, whilst maintaining the eponymous person's privacy. He emerged from the shadow of his father in 2008, featuring in dozens of newspaper articles, conferences, TV interviews, commemorative events and publications since then. Should I sprinkle a few through his incipient biography? I don't wish to make a more complete biography yet, outlining his early years with his father and mother, his professional life to his latter years as the defender of his name;: that will happen eventually but Richard himself is not ready for it (he only agreed to this brief overview because it confers notability on his more important appointments).
