Proposed deletion of Goulam[edit]

The article Goulam has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Does not establish musical notability or general notability.
Written to praise its subject rather than describe him neutrally.
Obviously incomplete, with an empty heading.
Copied from draft space to article space without review.
