Hello editors, SCbhaynes here. I am an employee of Sharecare and a representative on Wikipedia for the brand. I posted a request recently on the article's Talk page to pursue editor assistance with adjusting the number of employees noted in the current article's infobox. You can see my full request on the Sharecare talk page. I take the site's guidelines seriously -- especially for editors with a paid conflict of interest like myself -- and know that I can't edit the article directly in keeping with that. Since my request remains unanswered so far, I thought this WikiProject could be a place to reach out in case there are any interested editors here who would care to assist. Also, I am new to the community, so please let me know if this is an acceptable method for a conflict of interest editor like me to collaborate with the community of volunteer editors. Any questions or feedback that editors may have are greatly appreciated, as I'm eager to be a positive contributor here. Thanks in advance for any consideration! Hi editors, SCbhaynes here again. My initial request to update the number of employees on the article has been handled. I'm back again though, with a follow-up request in hopes of updating the article's list of subsidiaries. I will continue to avoid direct edits to the Sharecare article, due to my conflict of interest. If there are any interested editors here, please see my full request at the Sharecare Talk page. Thanks again for any thoughts or help you can offer! Seeking additional feedback for history of Mayo Clinic

Hello! It's Audrey at Mayo Clinic. On behalf of my employer, I am working to update Mayo Clinic. I have worked with two other editors who offered great feedback to develop and improve the History section of the article. WikiProject Health and fitness members might care to review my request. I have also reached out to other WikiProjects to notify editors of the request.

Request for information on WP1.0 web tool

Hello and greetings from the maintainers of the WP 1.0 Bot! As you may or may not know, we are currently involved in an overhaul of the bot, in order to make it more modern and maintainable. As part of this process, we will be rewriting the web tool that is part of the project. You might have noticed this tool if you click through the links on the project assessment summary tables.

We'd like to collect information on how the current tool is used by....you! How do you yourself and the other maintainers of your project use the web tool? Which of its features do you need? How frequently do you use these features? And what features is the tool missing that would be useful to you? We have collected all of these questions at this Google form where you can leave your response. Walkerma (talk) 04:24, 27 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Wikipedians,

I just created an article draft on Pop Physique, and would love to get some eyes on it. I'm confident that it meets notability, but I'm not sure if it needs any improvements to structure and info before it gets published.

Orangetheory Fitness Edit

I would like to add to the article, the different heart rate zones and their meanings. There are five heart rate zones used in the Orangetheory workout; gray, blue, green, orange, and red.

Gray zone: 50-60 percent of your maximum heart-rate. This is the most comfortable zone. Blue zone: 61-70 percent of your maximum heart-rate. This is your warm-up period. Green zone: 71-83 percent of your maximum heart-rate. This is your comfortable and doable fat burning zone. You should stay in this zone for 25 to 35 minutes of your workout. Orange zone: 84-91 percent of your maximum heart-rate. This is your uncomfortable zone, which creates EPOC. You should stay in this zone for 12 to 20 minutes of your workout. Red zone: 92-100 percent of your maximum heart-rate. This is where you empty your tank. [1]

Ways to improve the WikiProject

Hi there! I am a health nut and I have been doing CrossFit for a little over three years now and have learned a lot from the people at the gym about health and overall fitness. There are so many dynamics to this topic and it is a very unique journey from person to person. Everyone's body composition is different so health and fitness vary in that aspect. Some ways to improve this article include starting by adding more content on the physical pages rather than just the links. Sources also need to be added to the bottom of the page. The primary strength is the organization and clear article links.Mpatel416 (talk) 05:36, 15 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

NHI and SHI

Hello, I'm writing an article about the SHI model which is briefly treated in the National health insurance. Even if they've some features in common I think there's a difference which should lead to a separation.

As I can read in references (online and in the page) NHI is more used when there's a single government body to provide part of the payment (like in South Korea or in Taiwan) while SHI is more used where there's a system of social insurance, which may be not a part of a government system (like in the Netherlands).

Do you have any suggestion? Thanks. --Sciking (talk) 19:22, 20 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

There are some parts in the article that deal with exercises. Not having a lot of fitness orientation, I can't put that part in order on my own. Seriously need some help. Aditya(talkcontribs) 13:51, 18 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
