Declined Draft: Diane Giraud

Hi Bkissin,

My draft has been rejected for Copyright material but I don't see which content you refer to. Can you give me more details? Some content comes from official FB page of the Artist (which is copyright free content) and we got her approval for that anyway.

Thanks for your help, RA

I asked for help.

Question regard Draft:John_Christopher_Muran

Hi Bkissin, I am a doctoral candidate working with Dr. Muran and trying to create a page for him. I have edited the page in response to the comments (i.e. paraphrasing, citation, & publication section). Would you mind take a look when you get a chance to see if it's better now? Thank you! -Di

Your Reason for Declining Dawn Smith Jordan draft

You said, "Being a Miss America runner-up is not notability..." which seems inconsistent with existing pages on Wikipedia. For example, as I look at the list of other Miss South Carolina winners in Wikipedia, there a number of former winners with their own pages and most have their chief measure of notability as winning Miss South Carolina. Note that you have to win Miss South Carolina to even compete in Miss America, and Dawn Smith was a finalist in Miss America. A good specific example is Ali Rogers (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ali_Rogers). Ali Rogers has nothing more on her page other than winning beauty pageants, the most significant being Miss South Carolina and also was a finalist in Miss America. She did not sing in a Billy Graham crusade, hasn't recorded songs, written books, have an active ministry throughout the United States, and so forth. I intend to continue to add to the draft providing additional items of notability, but the above comment by itself is inconsistent with what I already see approved on Wikipedia. My assumption is it will eventually get approved as I document more, but I contend it should already be approved based on what I see on Ali Rogers' page.

Review

Hello, Bkission. I have seen your reviews about my draft. But in fact, I did not find the same topic with me and all of them pay attention to the whole information, which is not same as mine- use. Thank you

Hi

I believe my article should not have been rejected, I have cited as much as possible. I really need that page to be live for school. Lerato Kganyago or may you please guide me on where Im going wrong cause I dont see anything wrong with my article

Windsor Tablelands

Hi Bkissin,

I've made the changes now for the draft page for review: "Windsor Tablelands", and added a good lead section for the article. Hope this is sufficient! I was also just wanting to ask a question about changing the title of the page, upon greater investigation the geographical location is more commonly known as the 'Mount Windsor Tableland' as opposed to the 'Windsor Tablelands'.

Best Regards, Mcat963

Hi!

Thanks for viewing my article! I noticed that the article has been assessed to the start-class, and I had a look at the example article of start-class, I don't think my article is that bad : ). so, can you please give me some advice so that I can improve it. Many thanks!! (Architecture of Zimbabwe)=> name of my article

Nathaniel Phillips Submision Declined

Ok did not know thanks.

Please can you explain in lay mens English whats wrong with this? Spiceheads is the worlds leading brandname for information, help and advice to the public about NPS, that has sold many pix and videos to News agencys that have been published without accredication. It comes up hits 1,2 and 3 in Google and Bing when you serch the term Spiceheads and has provided cited information, advice and photographs to the Sunday Times. I just do not understand what is wrong, most of it refairs back to the cited main article in Vice and I have asked for help to connect up the citations, but no one has offered. I am both phisically and mentaly disabled, as you should be able to tell by my spelling and grammer. Instead of just rejecting it over and over, why will one of you intelegent accademics help an old guy with dementia? Is it because I am disabled that I am being treated in this way? Or is it the subject matter? All in all I am bewildered in a page that openly says that anyone, can publish or edit somthing, when clearly it is realy anyone with a degree in English that's part of the club. Not having a go at you personally, just very upset, almost suisidal that no one will halp me and I am being treated this way

Regarding outright Rejection to publish an article about a renowned Professor

Hi, Dear moderator Bkissin I have sent a small introduction about a scientist that you have rejected. In my opinion, this is a very and biased action. Rupesh Chaturvedi has contributed much in the medical field that is benefiting to the science community and it will give more benefit in the future. If you are writing an article about a person who has not given anything this world like (I can give you many examples) and at the same time declining a person who has a number of research articles/papers in the famous journal like PNAS, Cell, Nature, present on PubMed cited by approx 50000 times. Besides this as per I know He is the most cited scientist of India's Top Ranked Jawaharlal Nehru university, that you can see Rupesh Chaturvedi google scholar citation. He is also Director of R&D of JNU New Delhi that you can see on JNU website. Rupesh Chaturvedi is in USA Washington DC and already started a Big Startup project in the medical field. It was my first article and now it was last also. Public opinion that I have listened about the biases of Wikipedia, I got it to be correct. This is the respect what we as a researcher get from the common people for whom we worked for day and night.

Thank you very much, Mr. Bkissin Achyut Pandey Research scholar JNU New Delhi

Nathaniel Phillips Submision Resubmitted

He has made a senior appearance for VFB Stuttgart in the DFB Pokal so I have resubmitted the draft. and also added some references.

Hello Bkissin, how are you ?

I just want to tell you that I saw your comment on the :

Many boxers have and are still accepted despite these criteria. Several sources have been added in recent days. I really think this boxer is eligible for publication on Wikipedia. I registered on Wikipedia a few months ago and I hope you can review your decision, it would encourage me to create other pages.

Thank you

Dear Bkissin, as you probably know, you decline my draft. I'm doing a page for Dream who is famous for his speedrun world record and his speedrunner vs hunters videos on youtube. Also he has about 9 million Subscribers and about to hit 10 million by the end of this month. If you have any tip for me in the source, please reply as soon as possible. See you soon and have a great week ,Conor Mckinley

Draft: Colin Macpherson

Hello Bkissin. You recently 'declined' my draft article about the singer-songwriter and author, Colin Macpherson (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Colin_Macpherson) -- the tone of the article seeming to be your main concern. Since then, I have done further reading of guidelines, examined a number of 'feature' articles about other artists, and spent some time chatting with other editors (via Wikipedia Help) about the draft. I now have a few ideas on how to make the tone of the article conform more to the guidelines, but I would greatly appreciate you providing a little more detail on what I need to address -- since it will be you who assesses my resubmission. (This was suggested during a very long chat session). I would like to get it exactly right next time. Regards, Pomegranate Rose. Pomegranate Rose (talk) 07:36, 30 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Help improving Article Fat Angelo's

Hello Bkissin, Thank you for taking the time on reviewing article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Fat_Angelo%27s. I was wondering how I could improve it not to read like promotional. The restaurant industry has been hit hard by COVID and this restaurant has a lot of references. Any kind of direction would be helpful. Cgrooms123 (talk) 00:14, 2 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Following this discussion the sources used are reliable. Asides the 21.9% copyvio, which could easily be sorted out I’d say that’s a pretty decent article right there. Celestina007 (talk) 15:28, 5 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request on 13:50:43, 15 January 2021 for assistance on AfC submission by Alishka93

Hello Bkissin. Thanks for finding time to review my article. I agree that this article is better to merge with the page Southeast Missouri Hospital https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Southeast_Missouri_Hospital. Can I just add this information on the page Southeast Missouri Hospital or I need to do something else? Could you please assist with this? Thanks in advance. --Alishka93 (talk) 13:50, 15 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Alishka93 (talk) 13:50, 15 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Alishka93! Thanks for asking! I would say go ahead and just Wikipedia:Be bold and just copy and paste the information onto the Southeast Missouri Hospital article. The only other thing I'd suggest would be to create a section within the Southeast Missouri Hospital article about the College, but I can help with that if you'd like. Bkissin (talk) 16:53, 15 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Bkissin!,

Firstly, thank you for your comment on my article. I am pleased someone actually looked at it!

Rosneftegaz is controlled by the Government of Russia and is the largest shareholder of Rosneft. It has no operations, and only functions as a holding company. Rusneftegaz, like the similarly-named Russneft, is a producer of oil. There is no relation between any of the aforementioned companies.

If there is anything else you want me to add, let me know! I would really like to have this article accepted!

Regarding the MSIWPARB rejection

Hey Bkissin! I'm quite new here so either I didn't find the explanation, either there was no explanation. What was the reason to reject the article? The information about the MSIWPARB was abslutely valid, straight from my Maritime Law teacher. That being said, could you explain me what was wrong so I can improve it and resubmit it?

  • edit

I see that the explanation was that it was "not adequately supported by reliable sources". How is it possible that your justification on what is reliable or not, is more founded than an article with actual sources? The book that I cited is not found online because it is destined for the students of the Naval academy that I study. Try to be more objective next time. Don't just reject articles for no reason. I will resubmit it exactly the way I submitted it and hopefully it will be fine this time. If you have any arguement against it, let me know, I will send you a photo of my book where the act is mentioned. Can't do much more than that. 🤷‍♀️

Kindly, "tsiplikov"

Regarding the Christian Weston Chandler article

How exactly is he not notable? He's been covered and referenced by PewDiePie, Sega, Harry Partridge, and others. There are multiple videos of him on YouTube with views in the hundreds of thousands and even millions. How is Laz-D notable and not Chris? Cbswagman (talk) 04:12, 18 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
