Usurp user name

Hey 1997kB, I have a question for you. The account GucciGamer is registered, but never did anything, made no edits. I know someone who wants to be "Gucci Gamer" (with a space), but they weren't allowed to take that name because it was too close to the other name. Is there anything you can do here? Thanks! Usurping username

Hello 1997kb, I just revived my old account. And now, I want to usurp the username of my new account (Kamilalibhat). I will retire the new one and will keep this as my primary account. I want the name Tanjiro_kamado (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Tanjiro_kamado) but again it is inactive and has made no edits. I already opened a usurp request but is this necessary? What steps should I take next?
